In the heart of Morocco, a vibrant landscape unfolds where artisans, heirs to centuries-old traditions, craft timeless works of art.

Moroccan Berber rugs are a true testament to the excellence of Moroccan craftsmanship. Handwoven in pure wool on traditional wooden looms in the mountainous regions of Morocco, these rugs are made by Berber women, either at home or within cooperatives. Depending on the size and complexity of the design, each rug takes between 4 to 8 weeks to complete. Over time, Berber rugs have become iconic pieces of interior design, effortlessly blending into any style.

At ARVEN, we curate only the most prestigious pieces of this heritage: the ‘Mrirt’ rugs, renowned for their exceptional quality. Their high knot density results in a tighter weave, while a unique wool treatment completed with a delicate flame-finishing process gives them their signature silky texture. These remarkable rugs are distinguished by their refined designs and unmatched quality, offering interiors a rare sense of elegance.
