These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Arven Gallery website and the purchase of products offered through it.
By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
1. Business Information
Arven Gallery is an Australian business (ABN 67 478 833 856).
Each rug is handwoven in Morocco by artisan partners using traditional weaving techniques.
2. Products
Arven rugs are handcrafted pieces made using natural wool and traditional Moroccan weaving techniques.
Because each rug is woven by hand, subtle variations may occur in colour tone, texture, weave, pattern alignment, or dimensions. These characteristics are inherent to traditional craftsmanship and contribute to the individuality of each piece.
Product images are intended to represent the design and overall character of the rug. Minor variations may occur due to the handmade process and the natural qualities of wool.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on this website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
4. Orders
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
Most Arven rugs are crafted upon request. For this reason, orders may be cancelled only before weaving has begun.
Once weaving has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Full payment is required at the time an order is placed.
For bespoke commissions arranged directly with clients, a payment link will be provided once the details of the project have been agreed.
6. Shipping
Shipping conditions, delivery timelines, and dispatch information are outlined in our Shipping Information page.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the delivery timelines associated with handcrafted rugs.
7. Returns & Refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and remedies are handled.
Because many rugs are made to order, returns for change of mind are not accepted.
However, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, designs, and branding, is the property of Arven Gallery unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
9. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its operation.
We reserve the right to update or modify website content, products, or policies at any time.
