We currently deliver exclusively within Australia. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer international shipping at this time.

 

Delivery is arranged to your nominated Australian address once the rug has been completed and dispatched.

 

 

2. Made-to-Order Production (Lead Time)

 

Most ARVEN Gallery rugs are made to order, crafted individually by artisans.

 

Because each rug is handmade and unique, please allow 6–10 weeks for production before dispatch.

 

This timeframe is provided as a guide and may vary depending on weaving schedules, artisan availability, and seasonal demand. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

 

 

3. Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes

 

Once production is complete, your rug is carefully inspected, securely packaged, and prepared for dispatch.

 

Delivery typically takes up to two weeks after production is completed, depending on location and courier services.

4. Shipping Costs

 

All deliveries within Australia are free of charge.

 

There are no hidden fees, handling costs, or additional shipping charges once your order has been confirmed.
