Although purchases are arranged directly with our clients rather than through our website, the following outlines how we handle shipping once an order has been confirmed.
1. Shipping Area
We currently deliver exclusively within Australia. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer international shipping at this time. Delivery is arranged to your nominated Australian address once all order details are confirmed.
2. Processing & Dispatch
Once your purchase is confirmed, we carefully prepare your rug for delivery. Each piece is inspected for quality, securely packaged, and prepared for shipment. Dispatch usually occurs within two to five business days, depending on courier schedules and the nature of the rug. If there are any unexpected delays, we will inform you promptly.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:
Metro areas such as Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane generally receive deliveries within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
Regional or remote areas, including parts of Western Australia and the Northern Territory, may take up to 10 business days.
These timeframes are based on courier estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather events, high seasonal demand, or transport disruptions. We will keep you informed if any delays occur.
4. Shipping Costs
All deliveries within Australia are free of charge. There are no hidden fees, handling costs, or additional shipping charges once your order is confirmed.

We partner with trusted courier services such as Australia Post, StarTrack, or DHL, depending on the delivery location.
Deliveries are made with signature on receipt to ensure your rug is handed directly to you or someone you trust. Once your rug is dispatched, we will provide you with tracking details so you can follow its journey to your door.
6. Delivery Issues
If your parcel arrives damaged, appears lost in transit, or is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist. In the rare event of loss or damage during transit, we will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your rug in perfect condition.
