At ARVEN Gallery, we take pride in the craftsmanship and authenticity of our handmade Moroccan rugs. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, and we are here to support you if any issue arises.

 

Because most of our rugs are made to order and handcrafted specifically for each client, the following policy explains how returns, refunds, and warranties are handled.

 

1. Change of Mind

 

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our rugs, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

 

Each rug requires dedicated time, materials, and artisan work, making every piece truly unique. We encourage you to review your selection carefully before confirming your order, and our team is always happy to assist with styling guidance, sizing, tones, and material recommendations.

 

 

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items (Australian Consumer Law)

 

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

If your rug arrives faulty or damaged, is significantly different from the description or images provided, or does not meet acceptable quality standards, you may be entitled to a remedy such as repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

 

 

3. How to Request a Return or Remedy

 

To request a return, refund, or remedy, please contact us at contact@arvengallery.com.au within a reasonable timeframe and include:

 

  • your full name and order details

  • the rug reference (if applicable)
