These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Arven Gallery website and purchases made through it.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
1. Business Information
Arven Gallery is a trading name of Arven Gallery Pty Ltd (ABN 60 702 032 246), registered in Australia.
2. Products
Arven rugs are handwoven in Morocco from natural wool using traditional weaving techniques.
As each piece is made by hand, variations in colour, tone, texture, weave, pattern and dimensions are inherent to the process and form part of the individual character of each rug.
Product imagery is intended to represent each rug as accurately as possible. Variations between the piece shown and the finished rug are expected.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
4. Orders
An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
Made-to-order pieces are woven specifically following confirmation of your order. Once weaving has begun, cancellations for change of mind cannot be accepted.
Nothing in this section affects any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Payment
Full payment is required when an order is placed.
Online payments are processed securely through Stripe.
For bespoke commissions arranged directly with Arven, payment details will be provided once the project has been confirmed.
6. Shipping
Shipping areas, delivery timeframes and dispatch information are set out in our Shipping Information page.
Estimated timeframes may vary depending on the piece, location, courier schedules and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns, refunds and remedies are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for made-to-order pieces once weaving has begun.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law continue to apply.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website, including text, imagery, designs and branding, is owned by or licensed to Arven Gallery Pty Ltd.
Content may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.
9. Website Use
Arven Gallery may update website content, product information and these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
