Shipping Information

At ARVEN Gallery, we are committed to delivering your handmade Moroccan rug with care and reliability across Australia.

 

Each rug is a handcrafted textile piece, and most are created on a made-to-order basis. The information below outlines how crafting and delivery are handled once an order has been confirmed.

 

Because each rug is woven by hand, delivery timelines include the time required for crafting.

 

1. Shipping Area

 

We currently deliver exclusively within Australia.

 

At this time, international shipping is not available.

 

Orders are delivered to the Australian address provided at checkout once the rug has been completed and dispatched.

 

2. Made-to-Order Crafting

 

Most ARVEN Gallery rugs are woven individually by artisans following confirmation of your order.

 

Because each rug is handwoven using traditional techniques, please allow 6–10 weeks for crafting before dispatch.

 

This timeframe is provided as a guide and may vary depending on weaving schedules, artisan availability, and seasonal demand.

 

We will keep you informed throughout the process.

 

3. Immediate Availability

 

From time to time, a limited selection of rugs may already be available in Australia and ready for immediate dispatch.

 

When this is the case, delivery typically occurs within 4–10 business days, depending on location and courier schedules.

 

4. Dispatch & Delivery

 

Once weaving is completed, each rug is inspected for quality and carefully packaged for transport.

 

Rugs are shipped rolled for protection during delivery. Temporary creases caused by transport may occur and will naturally relax once the rug is laid flat.

 

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location, courier schedules, and external factors such as weather conditions or transport disruptions.

 

5. Shipping Costs

 

All deliveries within Australia are complimentary.

 

There are no additional shipping or handling charges once your order has been confirmed.

 

6. Tracking & Delivery

 

We work with trusted courier partners such as Allied Express, depending on your location.

 

Once your rug has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details so you can follow its delivery.

 

A signature may be required upon delivery to ensure the rug is received securely.

 

7. Delivery Issues

 

If your parcel arrives damaged, appears lost in transit, or is significantly delayed, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.

 

In the rare event of loss or damage during transport, we will work with the courier service to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
