Shipping Information
Each Arven rug is woven by hand in Morocco. Delivery timeframes reflect both the making of each piece and its journey to Australia.
1. Shipping Area
Arven Gallery currently delivers exclusively within Australia. Orders are sent to the Australian address provided at checkout.
2. Made-to-Order Pieces
Most Arven rugs are woven individually following confirmation of your order.
Please allow approximately 6–10 weeks for weaving before dispatch. Timing may vary depending on the piece and the weaving schedule.
You will be kept informed as your rug progresses.
3. Immediate Availability
A selection of finished pieces is available in Australia for immediate dispatch.
These pieces are typically delivered within 4–10 business days, depending on location and courier schedules.
4. Dispatch & Delivery
Once completed, each rug is inspected and carefully prepared for transport.
Rugs are shipped rolled for protection. Temporary creases may occur during transit and will gradually relax once the rug is laid flat.
Timeframes may vary depending on location, courier schedules, weather conditions or transport disruptions.
Delivery is made to the entrance of the property. If access is difficult or delivery to a specific room is required, please contact us before dispatch so this can be arranged with the courier.
5. Shipping Costs
Delivery within Australia is complimentary.
No additional shipping or handling charges apply.
6. Tracking
Once your rug has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided.
A signature may be required upon arrival.
7. Delivery Issues
If your rug arrives damaged, is lost in transit or experiences a significant delay, please contact us as soon as possible.
In the event of loss or damage during transport, Arven Gallery will liaise with the courier to investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
